Now, for those specializing in this with the experience of 150 transactions behind them, they probably have the knowledge, experience to make it work and to limit the problems of it ends up in court.  

We offer a unique, tailored experience, providing actionable strategies that are relevant to your specific goals, whether you're just starting out or already managing a multi-million dollar portfolio.

But, in my opinion, the nonaccredited offerings are generally pretty poor (sponsors generally don't have full real estate cycle experience, higher expenses, fees and promotes charged to the investors, less or no skin-in-the-game, etc).

Depending on your experience, strategy, and risk tolerance it could take 6-12 months to buy your first property.

Would love to get anyone's insight on this market and their experience investing in short term rentals in this market.
