If the property meets your financial and lifestyle goals, it could be an excellent first house hack, but be cautious with the risks and have a contingency plan.Good luck!

Although I could do the same on Excel but the interface, saving deals and most importantly the search function seems nice.  

Use an excellent property manager.

Even if the numbers look good, you will get tons of competition that eventually will drive the price off your excel sheets.
