Because it takes repetition for people to remember things and you have to be top-of-mind when they encounter a potential client for you!

Has anyone encountered this issue or know of any other way to go about this or even have someone they can recommend we reach out to? 

It doesn't sound so much like a scam to me as marketing gimmick to get business.

When they do these designs, they are involved with the building process, which means they have control over it, as well as being available to address any problems that are encountered during construction. 

I just recently rented out 2 rooms, and I had what seemed like 5-10 people a day reach out, though I will admit some were scams or what seemed to be fake accounts.

Thats when things started feeling scam-ish... 

It's probably a good thing, but as you can see, the theme here is growth management -- can they keep growing successfully, or will they encounter sheering forces that cause a problem?

They hand me cash, money order, or cashier's check so I know the funds are good and immediately available.She's trying to scam you.

Lots of "get rich quick" gurus out there about buying deals with no money down or "creative financing" that when you peel back the curtain you realize is a scam used to sell courses online.
