Here at BP there is a great support/network system, that helps to navigate you, as you embark on this wonderful journey.

I would really appreciate any sort advice or input you can provide to me before I embark on my journey.Some questions I can think of off the top of my head:Should I aim to go for more expensive properties because of my unique situation, or go for whatever makes sense by the numbers, whether the home be 50k or 250k?

There are far worse things I could`ve spent my Federal Tax refund on :wink: Anyway,...I`ll certainly have a ton of questions to ask, will be needing advice and guidance, and seeking input and opinions as I embark on this new adventure - one that will certainly be a learning experience, but hopefully, not one fraught with peril, since I won`t feel like I`m going it alone, not with a great resource like BiggerPockets!

Mentors are great as long as you picked the right one for the right real estate program you embark on....

How has your process changed, for the better or worse, since you first embarked on this journey?
