99.999% of squatters are US citizen that use drug that US gov. allowed to happen (aka progressive policy).

If he is a drug dealer you will have random people stopping by.

another maybe odd thing i worry about is it's a bit in the country, with 4 doors right next to each other i worry the tenants could fight, drama, drug deals, noise complaints, i have no idea but it just seems a bit strange. the layout just seems very conducive to drama, 4 door out front literally spaced ten ft apart with nothing else directly around and one big parking lot out front.another concern i have is, i understand there are laws limiting how many people can be in apt. these being 1 bed 1 bath, thats room for what 1 couple, and one child at most?

One final note that I haven't seen brought up yet but personal use over a certain number of days per year (14 I think) triggers different tax treatment for the property and limits deductible expenses.Hope this helps.

Treated pine is more budget-friendly and offers good durability due to chemical treatments, although it will not look as nice in my opinion.

Old apartments (maybe 1920s), some new infill, certain areas had major drug problems (check with Stockton Police on this, I just avoid area; I looked at apartments there but found that few had any parking for residents) Now there are new developments south of downtown near the airport (Hwy 99 side; east) and on I-5 side (west).
