Side story: In college I did a sales internship with University Directories out of Chapel Hill NC.

The zip file with the digital versions of the books contains a directory of bonus files, including the excel spreadsheets work all the templates. 

Now, there is a website online that has contractors pay to take a course and become a "hud certified contractor" and be listed on a directory you can find on their website.

Not sure you'll be able to access it in your area, but see if the State charter of the American Bankers Association Directory is available.
