A four-bedroom house should comfortably accommodate two adults and three kids sitting down for dinner.

For instance, I can eat out with my wife for under 7$ a person at a sit down dinner..that includes $2 for tip.

Hi BP Community - Last weekend I met a friend's dad at a dinner, and we had a great chat about real estate.

After sitting down for dinner last night showing her that she can redo the kitchens in all of the properties we get, she's already beginning to warm up to the idea.

Just keep up the networking.To give you an idea, in one of our REIAs, there's a really nice guy who's been coming for about two years, helping out, distributing fliers, going to the after meeting dinners, etc, but had yet to pull the trigger.  

The monthly meetings are nice, $25 for a nice dinner and great topics.

I am more eager than ever, after coming from a Fortune Builders disappointment, it just seemed like they wanted money, more of a spew of here and there information, reverse psychology, good marketing and good speakers to try and get $25k from me.....but anyway...like I said, would love to be able to ask questions with someone, go out to lunch/dinner and really get some good information and guidance. 

I think there would be some technological advances and a lot of design work to do this well.  20 to 30 years from now how cool would it be to remotely configure your dining room if you have family coming over for dinner or create an open configuration for friends coming over to watch a football game?

Go to the meeting, listen to the workshops, network with people, and buy some people lunch/dinner/coffee to pick their brain.

Anyone in the bay area who would like to go out for coffee, lunch, or dinner sometime???
