It's hard wired in with fiber so I think the service will be very reliable, and if/when the tenants have connectivity issues they can call the town who provides the service along with electricity, water, sewer, and trash.

To my surprise, there were plans for space ports, the multiversity in downtown Yuma, and the fiber optic network - the town is growing for sure!

Whereas most of the inventory is standard 70 x 100 lots at 90k I have one project that will go online in about three weeks where the lots will sell from 175k to 250k and include a full fiber optic system and 100 mile western views.

Warren famously said he bought up as much Coca-Cola as he could because he realized that if they raised prices a single penny across the board, it would mean millions in additional profits - also because he predicts people will continue to drink Coke for a long time to come.So no, I don't invest in the stock market, but one type of company I might invest in today (or a couple months from now - lol) would be a company that produces fiber optic cable.

Not every issue is about legal, or not legal... in fact the issues that shape our character, that fiber people stand on and say- he / she is that 'kind' or 'type' of person... they have nothing to do with laws- they have everything to do with where we operate inside of the laws.
