I work for the Dental school and know a ton of students live in Fells.

My wife and I are both in the medical field, her a nurse practitioner and I, a nurse.

How old is the dental practice.

A little background on myself: I'm a dental resident on Long Island, NY and I started to learn more about real estate investing in my spare time during COVID when I was seeing fewer patients.

Have a fulltime career as an Nurse Practitioner, a part-time career as an Army reservist.

I’m currently in Doctoral school to become a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and plan on practicing full time for approximately 10 years before flexing into a consultant/1099 role that will allow me work only on my terms.

I have a dental practice in this area and know it well. 

After more than a year of reading, podcasts, practice analysis of deals, and discussion, I feel that I'm ready to commit to being a real estate investor once we start our new chapter (Husband is exiting the military next year and we're moving & buying our first dental practice as well as first VA loan house hack multi-family next year).

Obviously, I would need to find another job in a different industry, and need to make a decent amount, my gf lives with me and has been working as a dental assistant for the past 2 years. 

SO to sum up: get a certification, get hired at a large stable corporation, preferably somewhere where you can get health, dental and stock options.
