So I don't even entertain the guru's & there offers I immediately delete & unsubscribe when the pop up in my email.

I was going to look at it again but I realized that I deleted it from my phone.What I'd want from the app:- Ability to post comments to thread / posts (I like to do this on the go while I'm commuting)- Ability to access my inbox and message people Hope it improves and when it does, please let us know as I'll try it out again.

Guy, if I may clarify, the agent is not recommending that I  delete the termination option from the contract.

How do I delete/

The potential issue is whether your lender will allow to close with you and your LLC on the contract as you can amend the contract to add your LLC but you will not be able to delete your name.
