All the add-ons are a la carte so you can definitely get a lot of value based on what you need.One thing I personally don't like is that when tenants pay rent, they are charged $1 per transaction for ACH use.

I'm never going to use your website because I already have personal relationships with people doing that work.

Personally I would pass but if you go forward I would do a lot of research on the group you are renting to and get a very large security deposit to cover damage.
