I don't have any other MHP events/conferences on my calendar for 2018 but it would be great to see you at a future MH event. 

I would then get out to local real estate MeetUps, Real Estate Investment seminars and conferences. 

We have two small children so it's hard for both my husband and I to get away but we'd like to go to a REIA/ business conference in 2019.

I'd recommend the following:-Send a text to all 5 of the tenants on one text chain and try and set up a conference call.

If anyone is open to a conference call early in the new year - to make connections, learn from each other, share our plan for 2020 please let me know.

Keys was also very seasonal while south Florida is a hub for events, conferences, concerts besides the typical beach/partying which means there's always an influx of travelers whether for corporate/family or spontaneous getaway.If you find something in the Keys you will make money regardless - I just found this area more profitable.

The whole point of the due on sale clause was for banks to avoid getting stuck with long term, low interest rate loans that remain in place when the property is sold.I've sat in a conference room where the presenter asked if anyone had had a loan called on a subject to deal or knew someone who had. 

I went to a HomeAway conference, and the IT team couldn't even FIND my listing on their site - ridiculous. 

I was out at a conference last week.
