Most law enforcement use the .40, I believe.I recommend a Glock 23, its a sub compact of the .40.

You probably don't want to re-zone because of the time and money involved especially if you plan to rebuild apartments.A parking spot may only be 113 to 180 SF depending on layout compact or standard but you also need circulation unless you plan to do a valet lot.

The slab was probably poured on top of fill dirt that wasn't properly compacted and now has settled.

If you created patio spaces in the back with dividers you could do a low cost "paving" solution by having crusher fines brought in from a landscaping company and compacted. 

Not rocket science, but package units are just more compact, and therefore more of a pain in the butt to service.

There was also cigarette butts in the exterior sliding window tracks where I used a toothbrush and a shop vac to get them out so the windows could work.They had plugged up the bathtub and the cockroaches were training for the swimming Olympics doing the backstroke and the butterfly.

The only way to fix a structural crack correctly is extremely expensive, it involves removing the concrete around the crack, compacting the sub grade, doweling the existing concrete and pouring new.
