The only company that held any real unencumbered assets with my name on it was a company based in Monaco that owned a company based out of Delaware that owned all or part of separate LLCs for:Each community with investment partners;Each retail dealership that sold the homes in each state;Each captive finance company (One for each state of licensure.).The idea of a separate management company is not one I ever considered but should have.Unlike some operators, I never saw the value of having my name associated with the ownership of the communities and many disadvantages.

For insuring MH businesses and communities of size and captive finance operations, Pat Ford is the only guy I use 630-325-2111 because his agency has the experience and expertise to really know what is needed and what is not in the way of coverage.

The last seminar that I remember, he was captivating us with his stories of purchasing property anyway that he could, with the foreknowledge of appreciation.I would like to see him speak again.

@James Wachob I really tried to get to you but the natives held me captive with their agenda.

They all have what we call "captive QIs" that they have sales relationships with. 

I have been captivated doing research on becoming a Real Estate investor, actively participating in BP, going to seminars and networking events soon to come.

After digging in, I discovered this whole world of real estate investing out there, and I found that I am totally captivated learning bit by bit about how it works.

This story was captivating and I can only imagine what the book will hold.

LLC  set ups asset protection  insurance you name it they had it all right there.. and why not you have 400 people in an audience all captive in Vegas for a weekend.
