It’s like the cost of six pack of soda vs buying six individual sodas.... the cost can be 2-4 times more when you buy the soda individually.

I would look at Clear Lake, specifically Soda Bay.

I suggest if you're going the "bleach & baking soda" route you spray the affected area let the bleach settle in for 24 hours before you scrub at it.
