So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

As "proof" that they are legit, they sent me a copy of a DE vorp good standing screen shot and a fake HUD statement showing $1.2 million on a property that was sold for $200k three years ago.
