Here's my situation: I used to enjoy renting where I do, but a few months ago my landlords rented the apartment across from me to a family who loves to throw outdoor parties.  

We use schlage camelot for outdoor garages.

Tenant agrees to allow landlord use of the utilities on the premises, even if paid for by Tenant, for maintenance, repair and improvements.We had a tenant complain about us using "his water" when we used an outdoor water spigot while power washing the outside of the house he was renting.

They are close to ski resorts and other outdoor activities as well.

The latter are becoming  a hot commodity in CA as they are bifacial panels (produce from above and below) and create shade patios/shaded outdoor rooms. 

I’m going out door knocking to talk to homeowners.

If you yearn for the "fresh" air of the outdoors, build a gazebo in your backyard and keep you indoor air clean.

I have another home coming on line next month that will have an outdoor kitchen, pool, putting green and sleep 15. 

Especially due to all the outdoor related things one can do around here. 

There is a washer and dryer.Things like the Smart TV, wifi, outdoor grill, firepit, horse shoe pit, nude female artwork in the bedrooms, etc. are just bonus things above and beyond staying in a motel room.
