I was in a similar boat with credit card debt a while back, and consolidating it into a lower-interest loan really helped me out.

I spoke with our attorney and he says we can file a class action.

Might help bring prices down for the middle class who never thought they could live there.. to me if I was insurance  now that all the fuel is burned seems to me the fire danger has passed at least for the next 5 too 10 years ( time frame for the brush to grow back.. news keep talking about forest management.. there are no forests in those areas is Brush and scraggly oaks..

Buildings are old and mostly C class and newer and in B class are substantially higher in price and not much cash flow but appreciate more. 

I recently purchased a 1500 SF two-story rowhouse in New York with a building class designation of Two Family Dwellings - Brick (B1).

Hey @Eric Chappell  You've absolutely nailed it - "class tracking" or the equivalent somewhere else is usually a top dollar feature.

In a market like KC your $300,000 would get you a $1.2mm purcahse which would be 10-15 units depending on the class and location (could be a bit more or a bit less).

You have to talk to the sponsor to find out the details on each particular deal. 1b) And the asset class matters too.
