I like the pre fab awning idea, and the walkway definitely needs some work to make it all look more symmetrical, I didnt even consider the lawn other than adding some flowers/bushes.

Add another foot if you put ivy or other climbing vines/flowers of the screen.

Might I add that it is a TON of work just to close or sell off a business.As I mentioned before we built our first house when I was only 19, I think I was actually 18 but signed the paperwork right around my 19th birthday.

SFRs- we take care of trees and shrubs, tenant takes care of mowing, edging, and flower/vegetable beds.Maintenance Issues: We take care of all maintenance & repair.

The higher end guy doesn't care if it's your kids 5th birthday party, you (or an expensive plumber) needs to come right now when something is broken.Just a few things to ponder.all cash
