I have a slow leak under a bathtub in a loft, although State Farm is handling the claim, the asked me to have a plumber come out and look/stop the leak.

In addition to all of that, the cabin looked like it hadn't been dusted since I was last here in May and the bathtubs & toilets were disgusting.  

My contractor has told me that I can put caps on the bathtub drainhole and remove the showerhead and put a cap also.

We removed bath tubs and replaced them with walk-in showers. 

Today we finally got fed up with it after she called early in the morning complaining about the hot water heater being tripped(Sunday is when that happened and she wasn't home, she didn't even have her stuff moved in if I'm correct and told us it was ok to wait till she got in) so we were gonna do that for her and she started complaining about the bathtub being an off-white.

Do you install bathtub before that?

Curious if that’s the best way to save when I’m buying so much in bulk. 3 kitchens, 3 bathtubs, 3 toilets, 3500 square feet of flooring, and a ton of other odds and ends.

I also added tile surrounding the bath tub and painted the whole house.

Tenant must clean the shower and bathtub with bleach.
