Even though it's legal and they say they can remain "neutral" it's like you coaching your son's basketball team and you coaching the other team at the same time for the same game.

It was tiresome, while also coaching two basketball teams, and maintaining my sales manager W2 position!

In addition, we liked looking at cities that have major sports teams (baseball, football, basketball, etc.).

Property includes a fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor basketball court, tanning beds, computer lab, private study rooms, a clubhouse, and a game room. 

Are we in Zombieland or is this more like I am legend? 

Selling a 5 bedroom, 2 bath SFR with a basketball court on the oversized lot.

Avoid most of the crap and just focus on the legends, not the hyped books. 

Even outdoor areas, like basketball courts or fire pits where tenants tend to socialize should be closed and considered off limits.
