Hello Everybody, 

My name is Chandler Cartolano and I'm just getting started on my real estate journey. I am from Southern California (Tustin specifically). Like countless other people on this website, I dove head first into every source of information: podcasts, books, articles, forums, you name it. After consuming as much research as possible in the last two months or so, I realized an area I was lacking was personal connections. With that said, I am here today to connect with you. I'm happy to have a discussion, or a simple conversation, about your personal real estate investing. I'm also super excited to start this journey with all of you! 

I'm currently looking into the Cincinnati market and am really interested in student housing around the University of Cincinnati. I'm looking forward to the challenge of building a complete real estate portfolio.
