There is also one mentioned a lot on this forum that has a long thread that someone shared the investors are wiped out, just not officially because the sponsors are trying to scrape up as much money through capital calls to get back their own money that they provided to the syndication in the fashion of loans.

This Beats it all and I sleep like a baby , no stress or worries. best leads, the best technology, or peer to peer access, they handle it all as a real financial / peer partner .

Also convention is that a mortage or deed of trust is wiped in in most if not all states.

The government liens do not get wiped out.There is a redemption and challenge period and that is essentially two years even if they tell you six months.
