Bill is NOT CURRENTLY an auditor and is not currently doing this business to the best of my knowledge.

I have found I can use the county auditor website to manually find duplexes (I have to search by street and click on the property to see if it's a duplex).

Jerry, before getting carried away with the thought of "getting them before they are listed", be aware that "the bank must attempt to get the highest possible amount for the property and must demonstrate this to its shareholders and auditors" (quote from mls.com).

Believe it or not, if an IRA auditor walks through your home to view your home office and they see books on your home office's bookshelf not related to rental properties, they will disallow the deduction.

Anyone who prepares a tax return for another is required by law to appear for any audit or court issue in connection with that return, it is not because it's some great benefit they offer.

When evaluating a property on Auditors site make sure and check the current valuation.
