Only way to do it is to hit the pavement!    

The structure was all wood except for the asphalt-on-cardboard roof, which had already half fallen down, Wood is generally not good in Florida.Then of course the City sent us a bill for the demolition costs they had incurred.

So the road was paved, and a month later $250k worth of asphalt was ripped open to start installing water and sewer lines, and a nice ugly patch got to cover the cut. 

Pavement, sewage, electricity...Where do I begin? 

If you are dead set on finding money for that deal...you simply need to hit the pavement and talk to everyone you know!

I haven't asked around about equity loans though & will pound the pavement seeing what can really be done.  

I can acquire the lot for $15k, but the site work and asphalt is going to be around $25K.  

My two business partners and I are fairly new and have been networking, making offers, and pounding the pavement we have built up a decent buyers list.

I rarely find anything on my own.. except subdivisions etc.. other wise I share the wealth and let those folks do the pounding of the pavement

Hit the pavement and act.
