The structure was all wood except for the asphalt-on-cardboard roof, which had already half fallen down, Wood is generally not good in Florida.Then of course the City sent us a bill for the demolition costs they had incurred.

So the road was paved, and a month later $250k worth of asphalt was ripped open to start installing water and sewer lines, and a nice ugly patch got to cover the cut.
