How do I find the financing?

Hi everyone,

Just recently I found a fantastic deal that includes 2-4 plexes and 2 houses for $450,000. All the properties are in fantastic condition. I would jump on this deal however I'm 19 years old, still trying to build my credit up, and cant seem to find someone who wants to help invest. How would you recommend going about trying to find the money to pay for something like this?
