A shame although I did learn how it does go away, a most valuable lesson.There are many options, just be extrmely careful and stay away from the wrong girls.

There is nothing to be ashamed of, you just lack direction.

I suspect any program that is sold with a high price tag is a sham grossly over valued for what it may be.

I'm new to this and like many folks who have seen these seminars felt that the 2k they needed right there was a sham.

Also, If you did make any mistakes(dont be ashamed) what were they?

Have unrealistic expectations and it will, possibly breaking your spirit and pushing you out of the asset class, which is a shame because it was all self induced.
