Do they show up on time for the appointment or late (how respectful of your time are they)? 

At Adam’s death, Janice is no longer living and John is appointed as executor.

I always make my appointments or have had my property super make the appointment.

I don't represent clients anymore but those investors/agents that wear both hats have to be careful when going on a listing appointment with the intention of acting as a fiduciary, then switching over to wear the investor hat.

Currently we are helping land lease communities with their compliance burdens related to Fair Housing and ADA.I was appointed by the Governor of Illinois to set up and run the Illinois Manufactured Housing Quality Assurance Board, I was selected as the Manufactured Housing Industry Person of the Year(2013), my consulting company was selected as Service Supplier of the Year in 2011 by MHI (our national trade association), I have served three times on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Manufactured Housing Association and also served as Chairman in 2014, and have been the featured speaker over 200 times at industry events.

The two referees must appoint an umpire immediately if they can't come to an agreement, and then the three of them have another 10 days to decide on a value.

It's been over 10 days and taxpayers have not appointed a referee nor contacted me.

The court will appoint an administrator if no executor is named.

I will say it takes a lot of time because half the people who make appointments don’t even show up.  

I carefully look at those and set up appointments to look at quite a few of them, while researching others through the county real estate portal.
