Don't skimp out on the wifi, there's nothing more annoying than a weak internet connection when you're on vacation haha.

We're new investors, and I've been hearing about all of the benefits of getting my real estate license (mainly MLS access and the ability to make "investor-friendly" offers without annoying agents too much).Here's my question:If I do get my license, would I "need" to start working with a broker or company in order to gain access to the MLS?

I'm just asking a question, it seems like you're annoyed at something other than what I'm asking about... 

Most annoying, the rip fence clamp has worn down and does not lock with much force on the the edge of the table.

Booking.com has really annoying service that calls your phone so I got away from them. 

I also do understand that it might be annoying for most realtors, and I am not trying to take advantage of them.

Start talking about it more to everyone (without being annoying).
