I went ahead and renewed my license, though, because we got very aggravated not being able to find someone who would list for less than 5% when selling our last 2 houses.

Not to mention, speaking from experience there can definitely can be aggravation of living in a house that needs repairs.I personally think the House hack makes a lot more sense.

Once in awhile I get aggravated by an overzealous HOA enforcement of an issue but for the most part they are pretty decent to work with.Some HOA's offer community pools, multiple playgrounds etc that is an attractive amenity for attracting tenants and for us the maintenance is shared with the other owners versus having a private pool that we are required to maintain.
