@William Brock  We looked at a variety of properties around Canyon Lake two years ago for STRs. 

Compare the variety of grouts and caulking materials too.The new tile grout is easy to maintain and quite durable.

Use a variety of sources to get numbers, and obviously make sure you're comfortable with whatever range they fall in before getting serious on a property.To those unfamiliar, we share two properties daily with all of our subscribers.

We used to do back to back closing with no money required but due to title company policies, lender disclosure requirements, and a variety of Federal and State laws this may no longer be practical.  

Like any service based business, you're going to encounter a variety of types of fee structures.

So far, I have worked in real estate in a variety of ways (as an agent, as a property manager, owning my own property), but never in the investing world.

I think you have a variety of options and all of them are good paths.   

A variety of resources are accessible, such as podcasts, books, online courses, and discussion boards.

Supply will go up, and demand will go up too but I don't think at the same rate because for a variety of reasons, but one being the buyers are losing their ability to be as qualified as years past.
