Great, so you are getting prepared to start already!

While most who post about asset protection on BiggerPockets are focused on how to remain anonymous and how to prepare for conflict and liability, the billionaires are out there proactively preventing the liability events from occurring in the first place.

Its a lifestyle you must prepare the family for so you dont have strife..

By the end of the year, I also plan to venture into some fix-and-flip projects in Central Ohio, further building my experience and portfolio (God willing). 

In the summer months,  I prepare for the new students arriving for the semester. 

I don't see any furnished houses so I am prepared to list my furnished house under the furnished apartments section - but I can't figure out how to post in a designated 'furnished' section?

If you pick a random OOS city to buy in, based on numbers an agent or wholesaler is telling you or "it's a great market to invest in" and don't know the area, prepare to have lots of cash reserves and to lose money especially Class C. - what's a great market to invest in for one person isn't for another investor.

Be prepared to negotiate and walk away from unfavorable terms.
