Fast forward two years and I thought I wanted to work in sports so I got my undergrad in sport management.

Finished my undergrad in 2017 in finance and knew I wanted to work in and invest real estate.

Word always got around to other undergrad students when the place was available due to the current tenants graduating.

I'm living in Putnam County, New York and just started educating myself about real estate a few months ago while I was finishing my undergrad in Organizational Communication.

Due to us being fortunate enough to obtain scholarships for our undergrads, we have been able to pile away more than enough cash to keep a hefty emergency fund, pay closing costs on a large duplex, and even be ready to find another deal in Middle Tennessee! 

Sure, everyone has their undergrad now and it's more or less required.... but Masters not nearly as much.

If you have a duplex though the one point I would. make is you should consider is that undergrads and families can not mix well in a duplex.
