Hello everyone! My name is Vincent, I'm an aspiring real estate investor interested in flipping and long term rental properties. I'm living in Putnam County, New York and just started educating myself about real estate a few months ago while I was finishing my undergrad in Organizational Communication. Also new to the bigger pockets forums although I've listened to a little over 20 podcasts. I look forward to connecting with the community!
