Bolstering his confidence to fix the electric panel or the oven next .

Hello, I co-lead a monthly meetup near Santana Row and we are looking to bring on 1-2 more speakers for a panel discussion about syndications on August 15 in the evening.

I've had them do panel replacements, pull new circuits, install recessed lighting, etc. 

However, after they came back from a months vacation last week , they informed me the roof leaked into the walls and the wall panels are falling down from mold and wetness This couldn’t have happened in a month .

My primary residence has a unique feature in that it has come with a 20x40ft double-wide manufactured home in the backyard.Previous owner was using it as a shop but it has wood panel walls and beat to hell 50 year old carpet. 

For me, it's usually around $12-15 per SF for a mid range cosmetic rehab, but usually that can be cut some here and there like painting wood paneling in a room instead of tearing it out, texturing, then painting, just as an example. 

Most yard work is just sweaty.Repiping the house, new electric panel and service, foundation retrofitting, HVAC repair, pouring a new driveway, tree work, exterior paint.

Garage already has its own door entry and windows on each side with 2 solar panels on the roof.

At the very least it'd be nice to have a decorative panel that covers the side of the wall cabinet and microwave.
