As a Canadian i've had to navigate this along with finding the right market, property and financing. happy to introduce you to resources if you need.

It is not on your typical zillow/redfin/trulia site as she said it is directly from the seller. 

A new site for NH foreclosure auctions just launched called Bid Pirate, worth investigating.

That may not apply to you, as a financial professional, but I thought I would share the story.Obiously you could re-lever your portfolio to bring the ROE back up, but then you have to place those borrowed funds somewhere that nets a high enough return that the portfolio is ahead, given the drag of the interest and any transaction fees.    

Please recommend any books, or other learning resources on these subjects.

Would any of you recommend a certain site that specifically handles formation of LLC for rental property?
