I'm still in the learning phase and have read about a hundred different books on FI and personal finance.Looking for any resources that might help me on my way.

I personally don't like exclusive by agreements.

Personally that's why I like to sell such tenant buyers a 1yr extension, or at least present such.

Could it be considered piercing the corporate veil if the mortgage for the property is in your personal name but the deed is in the name of the LLC? 

.: My question is… Do people promote buying rentals due to some sort of  personal benefit/conflict of interest?
