I often go to real estate seminars in my city of Montreal & the seminar usually lasts for 2 hours or so and they jam in as much information as possible & at the end of the seminar, they mention that they're having a 3 day seminar & try to get you to join for $1000 or $2000, etc...I joined one this past weekend for the first time ever.
