I am really glad they started this venue.  

It would be great to have a helping hand.Pick a day and I'll book the venue.

I have found the main reason that most rentals are not in the mls is that it is the venue for agents (third parties to the deal that get money from the deal).

IMO this was a much better venue than Hacienda, and a much more central location allowing people from the north and south to access these meetings.

There are more entertainment venues here, and food and beer is about the same.

I really hate to miss tonight...It's a major disappointment for sure but I found out this AM that I needed to be here so one of those situations where you have to set your priorities.Let's try to meet in the next week, and I'd like to get Mitch's contact info as well.I doubt you can record tonight given teh venue, but if you can, that woudl be great.

I am not saying that all the seminars are bad or all the firms that do it are bad, just saying it is interesting that the seminar is put on by the firm who then uses the venue to sell their loans.

Are there other venue that we can use to find small multi family properties like duplexes in Houston area?
