@Israel Belovserkovsky I know this is an old thread, but how did the sale turn out for you?

I have some leads that live abroad, in Israel, and I would like to help them buy properties that we hold as rentals.Is there a definitive guide or book to how to run these foreigner transactions successfully?

@Israel R., Unless the trust is an irrevocable trust with it's own TIN and filing it's own tax return then what you've got is a revocable family trust. 

Hello my name is Israel Alcaraz, I have a property that is in Arizona fully paid off and now we want to get into the Real Estate game.

@Liam DelumpaO am in Israel most of the yearWhat's my real estate is in Ohio Kentucky and Indiana.I do everything online including evictionsPosting notices appearing into the cold room etc I hire out per occurrence.And mind you my expertise is working the c - neighborhoods.

My wife's dad who lives in Israel wants to invest here, but I am stuck at step one in how to make this work.

I'm spending my last few days here in Israel, then it's back to SF and my RE deals!
