Has anyone experienced any issues using a 1031 exchange in under a year?

Over the last few days Mortgage rates have been heading higher .When Bonds hit all time lows banks essentially threw in the towel after getting inundated with rate  Lock requests .

Dispensaries didn't close, they went delivery only and are CRUSHING IT...Dispensaries have become inundated with orders since the change, and many have implemented certain parameters like $50 or $100 minimum order thresholds and a limited ordering time period just to handle that demand.With dispensaries allowed to stay open but in-person sales barred, the state expected delivery demand to skyrocket.

Or is it easier to just claim the profit from the rental property as additional income and seep it all in under my personal checking account?

My first under contract in under 30 days! 

My sellers here in the Chicago market are still getting showings and offers, and I even had one listing in Chicago go under contract in under one week since this all happened!

Only restriction , must be kept in under a 30 gal tank.

I applied for EIDL not PPP.My loan application confirmation number started with a 3 (which I am assuming indicates) EIDLNot 2 which I guess means PPP.I was able to get through to the SBA today, got a live operator in under a minute.She said that their "check status" portal was down and being worked (since the process- for PP I assume- had changed).

I have done three house hacks myself which has propelled me from a negative $30k net worth to financially free in under three years.

In this case, I would think this present situation would exponentially impact small government agencies such as housing authorities not to mention the true fall out of this once tenants stop paying rent and emergency rent relief policies take hold etc...I think they will be inundated for several months from when the virus outbreak is actually contained and starts to contract.2)  I am hoping that the Federal Government will emergency fund the Section 8 program in order to pay for the tenant portion of the rent.
