After a long time;  years,  I got a letter essentially telling me to mind my own business - the EPA had their own methods and didn't need me helping them.Incidentally;  I had the exact same experience after reporting illegal immigrants.

It's traditionally a fairly poor working class neighbourhood with many immigrants, but in the recent years, more tourists have acquired property here - due to the location mentioned above and an increase in house-flipping happening here.There are many opportunities for making good RE investments in Barcelona, but if you're looking for a cheap "buy and hold" investment, there might be better cities to place your money.

For example, the stuff I can buy here in Austin would be 3x the price of the stuff I can buy in Michigan where I'm from, but labor prices would be even more different because of the high amount of immigrants here (versus the terrible government in Mi, who knows what would be better).I've found a number of books on the subject.
