I offer to lease no vacancy 5 years but ill pay 600 a month.. then I turn around and market it as 1,000 a month.That house then turns into a $400 a month cash flow...Is it truly that simple???

Most of the middle class falls into the trap of two working parents, long time and energy sucking commutes, always stressed for time, buying stuff to keep up, eating out frequently, etc. if you are truly middle class the only thing preventing you from wealth is you (exceptions for major illness or other uncontrollable life events).

In the pictures you can tell its in great shape, the kitchen looks recently upgraded and it appears there is probably about $20k in rehab needed minimum however ill wait for a contractor to assure that.
