I truly believe that most of the people here have a positive and honest attitude but, as the word cooperation mean "sharing work", it is absolutely important that both parts have a good grasp of what real estate is, so that this cooperation has equal satisfaction on both sides and maybe a continuation in the future.I'm lucky because I always travel around the world and I can easily rent a car and see with my eyes areas I might be interested in.

Well, I think you got the picture, but wasn't trying to talk you out of it, but probably on this get with a mortgage broker, it just isn't a DIT thing.That said, if you want to move forward, except that it will take 3 months of good studying to get there if you have a good grasp of RE, if not, add another 3 weeks.

I have been in this a very short period of time and so far most agent I have dealt with don't seem to grasp the numbers, I even had one tell me i was being greedy because I wanted more then a 6% cap rate!
