I live life according to the "GOLDEN RULE" so with that said I strive to "TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT ME".

Ideally you would shoot for as high as possible 2% being the golden number.If you want to be a investor you will need to spend a few months researching finances, income properties, investing etc.

@Ted DeKowzan, CO is a crazy market right now and if you're in Golden that's ground zero just about. 

Taylor’s right, and I hope you come out and meet other Golden Triangle investors (potential buyers).  

However, for those who plan to utilize the systems and tools mixed in with face to face relationships, the model is truly golden.  2400 agents to 8000 agents in less than 14 months, the numbers certainly don't seem to paint a picture of a company destined to tank at the first burp in the market.
