We've had bottle caps, other metal objects, paper (its not a shedder, but some don't get that concept and thing anything can go in the disposal)  bottles, dirty diapers, non disposable wiped, female product, paint, motor oil, chemicals, gasoline, trupentine, paint thinner, kerosine........

I just listened to podcast 237 and I am the female version of the host, Ian Reeves (plus a husband and two-year old). 

I actually went to my first local real estate meet up last night and I'm in the process of starting my own all female real estate meet up right now. 

We do have 3 pets (all female & spayed) - a 7-year old lab, a 7-year old beagle & a 10+ year old manx cat - who haven't damaged property in the past and we're very agreeable to a refundable pet deposit of almost any amount & accepting of a reasonable non-refundable pet deposit - we'll take responsibility for our pets. 

Male or female, it makes no difference.

Either as a males/females only building for purposes of tenancy.

Too many things have already happened with female realtors letting prospects into houses or property being stolen while being inspected.
