If the LLC owns a property in a different state, most of the time, the other state will require you register your LLC as a foreign LLC. 

When it comes to building a team, having a strong property manager and real estate agent who really know the OKC market can make a huge difference, especially if you’re out of state.

@Marko BukvaI'm not entirely clear on the plan and ownership, but there are potentially several different types of tax at play for a transaction like you're discussing - gift taxes, estate tax, income tax, property tax, documentary transfer tax, etc. 

I know of several DSCR and portfolio lenders who offer different terms based upon your situation.
