Some of her clients have their parents/siblings as care takers and are able to live alone, and some must be constantly supervised.

Any oppossing siblings?

It looks like my siblings and I are about to be gifted a duplex.

I owned a house with my siblings and that could not end soon enough for me. 

My siblings and I have inherited a small family farm. 

For me, because of the way my family works, if my father had come to me and my siblings with the next 2+ years of our lives mapped out for us, I for one, and at least 2 of my siblings, would have bristled with resentment.  

I quickly looked up some probate laws in California and it looks like the real estate will be divided between the remaining siblings.
