Hi there,I was wondering if anyone has experience with using Baselane for banking for their rental properties and thoughts on it.I will be closing on my first rental property in about a week and would like any helpful input on apps such as TenantCloud, rented, turbotenant, etc.Located in NE Ohio if that is a factor.

There are several apps out there that can help if you are not using them already, one is called padsplit that i've seen. 

A book that helped me tremendously was Boundaries by Henry Cloud.I've also used the Opal app which is great for maintaining focus during the day.That said, if you want to work with investors, I agree with @Bruce Lynn. 

He has had many mobile devices (tablets, cell phones..ect..) lost and stolen.

I have Hospitable and Bookingautomation for instance yes I could probably do everything in there except automatic looks but I really like Hospitable app for my VA.  

Here are some options to try and get the line of communication going.Simple enough, try calling her from other cell phones, not just yours. 

Unlike other Podio setup companies selling their setup/apps, they don't charge an ongoing fee.

Their support app seems to function poorly or they may just be understaffed and can't respond or reimburse for other reasons.  1.
