@Suzanne Ferguson We’ve got several no kill shelters that will take in feral cats and get them taken care of and cleaned up and assist in placing them as working barn cats with area farmers and ranchers.

There are major tech companies investing in the area from Apple to Tesla.

Most of their ARVs are high and they claim to compare apples to apples but that is not how the appraisal game works.
